
Adam Broder
President
Adam Broder is the Founder and President of The Broder Group, which launched in 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in global financial services. Adam spent most of his career at Goldman Sachs, where he held a number of senior positions, including Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Goldman Sachs Asset Management in EMEA, Chief Executive Officer for Goldman Sachs Asset Management in India and Director of Business Development for the Investment Management Division in Asia. He also worked in the Investment Banking Division. During his time at Goldman Sachs, Adam lived in New York, Hong Kong, Mumbai and London, and had responsibility for building, acquiring and managing businesses across six continents. After leaving Goldman Sachs, Adam became Managing Director at Och-Ziff Capital Management, where he restructured global sales and marketing, increasing assets 62% from $29 billion to $47 billion. He later served as Managing Director and a Head of Global Distribution at PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial.
Adam has been an Adjunct Professor of Finance since 2017, and currently teaches at Rutgers University, Stevens Institute of Technology and Montclair State University. He was appointed to the Board of Trustees at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in 2025.
Adam received his MBA from Columbia University and his BS from Cornell University. He and his family reside in New Jersey.
